Limited Company Packages
We offer 3 packages to small limited companies to cover all your needs.
All packages include support setting up your business on Xero and access to our Xero support videos.

Bronze Package
For non- VAT registered limited companies with less than £90,000 turnover trading in the UK.
The package includes:
- Annual Accounts submitted to companies house.
- Annual Corporation tax computation submitted to HMRC.
- Annual confirmation statement.
- Payroll for 1 employee.
- Xero Grow software*
- 1 'Power hour' call a month for advice and support.
£160 per month

Silver Package
For limited companies who want a more comprehensive package but are happy to do their own bookkeeping.
The package includes:
- Annual Accounts submitted to companies house.
- Annual Corporation tax computation submitted to HMRC.
- Annual confirmation statement.
- Payroll for up to 2 employees.
- Quarterly VAT returns.
- Quarterly Management report with explanatory video.
- Xero Grow software*
- 1 'Power hour' call a month for advice and support.
£245 per month

Gold Package
For limited companies seeking a full service solution along with additional support,
The package includes:
- Annual Accounts submitted to companies house.
- Annual Corporation tax computation submitted to HMRC.
- Annual confirmation statement.
- Payroll for up to 5 employees.
- Quarterly VAT returns.
- Quarterly Management report with explanatory video.
- Xero Grow software*
- 2 'Power hour' calls a month for advice and support.
- Bookkeeping (Up to 300 transactions a month)**
£595 per month
Payroll - £3.50 pp for additional employees
* Xero additional features will be charged at the current rate charged by Xero. This includes employee expenses, CIS etc.
** If additional bookkeeping is required, it will be agreed between both parties first and will be charged at the current bookkeeping rate.
Discounts available for companies with no staff or very low turnover.

Additional information
Please note that if you start a package part way through your accounting year you will be required to pay 'catch up' fees as these prices are based on 12 monthly instalments.
If you decide to cancel your package part way through the year there will be no further amount to pay. You may cancel by providing 14 days notice. We do not offer refunds on our packages if you cancel.
Payment is to be made monthly by direct debit.
All new clients will be required to complete a mandatory AML check inline with government legislation.
